[Scummvm-devel] ScummVM 1.3.1 release tarballs are up

Guys,

would you please try the fix that I committed to master and branch?
This should fix the issue with missing config manager strings.
IDK whether or not this is sufficient for the DC problem (error out?).
We'll see that.
