[Scummvm-devel] Release 1.3.0 status - 2011-05-16

Hi!

I can also do Windows builds (both mingw & MSVC) for 1.3.x if needed.

Going forward, the NSIS installer script should be ready to be integrated
into buildbot for daily win32 builds (I recently fixed some remaining
problems with out of tree builds).
The tools will also need an installer (working on it right now).
