[Scummvm-devel] engine names

The picture engine name is also clearly mentionned here and there on their
website. They are still using a Picture engine nowadays, it's now a v4, in
3D.
But I also agree with wjp that enable_picture is weird, it gives me the
impression I could play in text mode :)

For CGE... It's the real engine name, and we used to use the real engine
when available. If we change the rules, no problem to rename it, it may be
clearer for the users. (at least for the ones using plugins)
