All the more reason not to have a symlink. If it's just as a compromise, I'm
strongly for removing it.

Just to clarify, I'm not for or against changing it again since I have no
particular opinion on the save game path (other than that it shouldn't be in
Program Files).
I just wanted to say that _if_ there are compelling arguments to change it, we
still could and should. But that's just a side note, and not what I
wanted to discuss in this sub-thread.
