[Scummvm-devel] platform/engine notes

There is already a SMALL_SCREEN_DEVICE define. In a similar fashion, we
could introduce a TOUCH_SCREEN_DEVICE define for cases like lure, which
would be more generic than LURE_CLICKABLE_MENUS
