Since that affects the game title, you shouldn't include the
translated language name in the game name.
Also in the thread, the consensus seems to have been keep the language
names in English: see

Furthermore (as visible in that thread): If/when the title translation
(including language) is in, is there now a way to change the name of
the game in GUI including the same characters as the current
translation charset? I don't believe the input charset issue was ever
touched upon again (per LordHoto's mail), but I could be wrong about
that.
