[Scummvm-devel] New IRC bot

Hi guys and gals,

You probably have seen it already but there's a new bot in town which I hacked together a couple of days ago.
The little bugger's name is scummvm-bugs and doesn't do much besides announce when tickets in Trac are opened or closed.
It can also look up tickets for you if you throw it ticket IDs.

I hope it will be useful and if it starts doing silly things you now know who to scream at.
