[Scummvm-devel] UTF-8 encoding used for zh-Latn_CN.po and eu.po

So why save the files in UTF-8 if ScummVM does not support unicode, the 
files does not contain unicode and the files are using Content-Type: 
text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1?

I suggest that "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=" should match how the 
file is saved.
