[Scummvm-devel] ScummVM 2.2.0 release status. Code freeze

Hi Team,
Code freeze in the master is announced. That means that there should be no
new functionality, only the bugfixes. I plan to unfreeze it on Sunday when
the branch is created.
The remaining schedule is the following:
August 25th: start of the release cycle, list of bugs to fix published,
code freeze
August 30th (Sunday): branch created, translations updated, the master
branch is unfrozen
September 13th (Sunday): release tagged, porters start building their ports
September 27th (Sunday): release
I identified list of bugs to be fixed. There are only few blockers, and
vast majority of the identified bugs are in the new engines or in the
engines *I * want to fix.
By default, all Cruise, Dragons or Griffon bugs are nice to be fixed or
blockers for the release.
I put the bugs I plan to look into at the end of the list, so it is not so
scary, but feel free to give me a helping hand :)
