Thanks to all of your pointers for this, turned out building shared objects
was not enabled in the configure script, with a local patch this is fixed
and 32bit package has been created.
Sorry for not responding sooner, had some build issues while updating GTK4
and haikuwebkit here that kept me busy. :)
The 32bit package can be found here:

I'll need to find a way to upstream this patch for the configure script,
can this be done by mail, or can I fork the sourcetree? (it's been a while
since last Haiku patch) :)
