NEWS: Some small fixes and updates

- Use past tense where it's already used.
- Mention PS3 fix for the crashes happening with screen-shaking
  animations.
- Rework the Stark OpenGPL NPOT fix a bit.
- Mention NGI crash fix with the game menu.
- Mention new Sword1 fixes.
