Summary: SIMON: Fix for ALSA and SEQ MIDI drivers

Initial Comment:
This fixes the ALSA and SEQ MIDI drivers so that they
will work with the new MidiStreamer. The problem was
that when MidiStreamer tried to open the driver in
simple mode (after streaming mode had failed), it would
fail because the driver thought it had already been opened.

Now if only the MIDI drivers would honor the
music_volume setting everything would be just peachy...
