Summary: PSP: prepare for gprof

Initial Comment:
Allow gprof to be easily activated using a switch in the custom makefile. Upon exit, scummvm should save gmon.out.
Use 'psp-gprof scummvm-psp.org.elf gmon.out > gprof.txt' to view the output.
