 The last crash is weird. It crashed in `__GI_fseek (fp=0x9b99b0,
 offset=103312076, whence=0) at fseek.c:36`, and that offset is valid,
 because the file size is 110478134.

 I just pushed 73508f6111a80d1d93277117cb183791b36ba01b with more debug
 output.
