 I think that i ran in to this bug because I did not take the pil before I
 used the feather. I'm not sure but I think I couldn't take the gallstones
 because I went the other way (left) first. I didn't use the item to clear
 the path to go further.

 I thought the last game save state would be important because it's right
 before leaving the ship on the stomach. If it isn't related to this bug
 than I will open a new ticket for it.
