Comment:

 I investigated this while fixing iMUSE Digital (and about that, a PR for
 FT will come soon).
 As it turns out, there is no looping music in Full Throttle apart from the
 song on the radio, which is simply played back from the start when it
 ends, so this is a non-bug.
