 Well, none of the Inca games are listed as supported so I'm not sure
 anything should be done about this.

 ScummVM is able to detect and play parts of Inca II, but that still isn't
 listed as a supported game. (From what I understand, there are a lot of
 arcade bits that no one has shown much interest in reverse engineering.)

 I'm guessing Inca is in an even worse state.
