New description:

 On the compatibility page for The Lost Files of Sherlock Holmes: The Case
 of the Serrated Scalpel¹ the DOS version is listed both as supported and
 unsupported.

 As far as I know, the DOS version is very well supported.

 ¹ E.g. https://www.scummvm.org/compatibility/DEV/scalpel/ but it's not the
 only affected version.
