 This means that the instructions at
 https://docs.scummvm.org/en/latest/other_platforms/ios.html aren't quite
 right - you'll get an error along the lines of "unable to find
 theora/theoradec.h". I was able to get it to work by adding --disable-
 theora to the invocation of create_project.
