 **Modified per my fix:**

 As of this writing
 [https://docs.scummvm.org/en/latest/settings/misc.html#discord the Enable
 Discord Integration doc] has **no description** (it used to describe a
 whole other option until [https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/pull/5186 I
 fixed it]).

 Could you add a description for the Discord option?
