 only for clarification, perhaps i didn't wrote it correctly and that the
 fix has negative consequences because of that.

 the german cd version and perhaps all others cd versions, the animations
 in the anims folder for the gameworld itself, which all are without sound
 or speech, for example Anim0001.avi, have 15fps. those are affected for
 the faster animation when ticket or not in the scummvm option.
 the animation in some of the avis, with and without sound and speech, for
 example Anim0098.avi, which also have no sound or speech, have 25fps.

 on the english dvd version and digital version, every single avi have
 25fps in the anims folder
