#15638: Monkey Island 1 and Passport to Adventure demo for DOS both don't honor
overridden volume settings for Adlib

First off, I would like to thank you for implementing my suggestion to add
the Amiga-style EGA color palette to both the DOS EGA versions of Loom and
Monkey Island 1 as well as the Passport to Adventure demo.
However, I would like to bring up an issue regarding those aforementioned
games that now have the SCUMM Amiga EGA color palette rendering option in
the current daily builds:
Whenever I override the individual game volume settings for Monkey Island
1 DOS (both EGA and VGA floppy versions) and/or the Passport to Adventure
demo, they are not being honored at all especially when Adlib is the sound
selection of choice.
An example of this is while my global volume settings are maxed out in
ScummVM, the individualized volume overrides for both DOS MI1 (EGA and
VGA) and the Passport to Adventure demo put out loud Adlib volumes,
especially when they are set to half volume across the board for those
said game entries. I honestly don't wanna have to mess around with my
hooked up Bose speaker volume nor the Windows volume settings just to
enjoy MI1 or the Passport to Adventure demo under ScummVM in daily build
mode, now that they both have access to the Amiga styled EGA renderer that
I suggested. Loom on the other hand is unaffected from this aforementioned
Adlib volume override bug, as I tested it myself just now.
Can you please look into this, and see if you can fix this for a future
daily development build?
Full disclosure:
Those two games mentioned in my ticket are installed from my physical
possession of both the 3.5" and 5.25" floppy disk sets of Monkey Island 1
EGA, and the LucasArts Classic Adventures 3.5" floppy set concerning
Monkey Island 1 VGA and Loom EGA. All of those LucasArts game disk sets
for DOS, Amiga, and Atari ST were purchased from eBay dating back a few
years and have had their images extracted via my Greaseweazle 3.5" and
5.25" floppy combo drive setup. I spent good money on those floppy disk
game sets, and I would like your team to squash this bug once and for all.
