 I placed the MT32*.rom files in the scummvm directory, but also the
 CM32L_CONTROL.ROM file, but missed the CM32L_PCM.ROM file.

 Issue mentioned in https://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?p=94901#p94901

 The order of file loading allows CM32L_CONTROL.ROM to be loaded along with
 MT32_PCM.ROM
