 This seems to be the "enhanced" (high res) mode. I just tried running it
 in this mode with these settings in my scummvm graphics options:
 * Stretch Mode: Pixel Perfect Scaling
 * Aspect ratio correction enabled
 * No scalers applied

 and it worked fine, I couldn't reproduce any pixel scaling issues.  At
 every scale I made the window the pixels were square and evenly sized.
