 I'm assuming you mean the install directory. At least after I install the
 game, I only see Speech12.txt in that directory, and it's all in Japanese,
 with no English text to speak of. If there's more in the .pak file, I
 don't currently know how to extract them.

 Checked the file, the text does indeed seem to be Shift-JIS encoded.
