 I've just attached the savegame with this issue. "got.001"

 check to see if it exhibits any issues on my end.

 I don't quite remember to be honest, but I'm pretty sure I saved the game
 a few times before getting to that point. I'll try to start a new game and
 check it out.

 Also, I tried to load your savegame and I was able to pick up the doll and
 I got the appropriate message as well.
