 When a cutscene happens (at least the first one, at 16:00) there is a
 "Meanwhile" screen that goes by in the blink of an eye. I assume that
 originally there would have been a delay introduced by resource loading,
 but of course that's much less likely to be the case nowadays.

 Would it be possibly to artificially inject an appropritate delay here?
