 Just for reference, the way I reproduced it while testing:

 * Start the game with boot param 890. This puts you on Booty Island, but
 no music is playing yet.
 * Enter the costume store. (Still no music playing.)
 * Leave the costume store. Now the music starts playing, which is probably
 correct.
 * Enter the antiques store.

 When it works, there's a piano playing the melody. When it doesn't, there
 isn't.
