#17079: TTS: Text to speech does not work for certain tabs in Game Options and
Global Options

 Tested on Windows 10 x64 with ScummVM 2026.3.0 and a recent local build of
 master HEAD 2026.3.1git.

 Text to speech will read out the various controls, their text labels, and
 current value for a few of the tabs in Game Options and Global Options,
 ie. Audio, Volume, Paths, MIDI, MT-32, LAN, Accessibility (that I've
 tested).

 It will not read out the controls in the following tabs for Game Options:
 - Game
 - Graphics
 - Keymaps
 - Paths

 It will also not work for the following tabs in Global Options:
 - Graphics
 - Keymaps
 - Paths
 - GUI
 - Misc
 - Cloud
