 Hmnm, yes, I  think that's good enough. I somehow missed that the tooltip
 was read.

 And it seems to be concise enough and it works for the game's title
 (albeit skipping the platform/language details) and the per game buttons'
 functionality.

 At the same time, there would be much redundancy if TTS was also reading
 out the full title and the buttons as soon as the cursor hovered above
 them. Not to mention we'd probably get the additional short cursor
 movement lag as experienced in the grid list view due to this feature.

 So, I say this can be closed as working.
