 Tested on Windows 10 x64 with ScummVM 2026.3.0 and a recent local build of
 master HEAD 2026.3.1git.

 When the user clicks on the Help button(s), the text contents in every tab
 in the Help panel that comes up are not read out by TTS.

 It also does not work for the contents of Credits screen.
