 Tested on Windows 10 x64 with ScummVM 2026.3.0 and a recent local build of
 master HEAD 2026.3.1git and the recent PR for TTS support on Android.

 In some GUI controls (mostly dropdown menus/lists), there's the
 "<default>" label for the default value of that control. In my testing,
 this is not read out at all (Windows), or the math symbols < and > are
 read out together as well (Android).

 ScummVM also has other controls where the default value is written as
 "Default", and that is read out correctly.

 Maybe it would make sense to unify all these cases and only use "Default"?
