 This issue probably still exists. I haven't made any changes to the
 toolbar, although Windows interface features like it are now controlled by
 a config option on DOS versions. I find the toolbar barely usable on
 Windows builds. I use SDL Surface, but I just tried it on OpenGL and it
 seems worse, depending on the window size.

 Are there engines that implement a toolbar like this with ScummVM GUI
 successfully? I would like to know if the Hugo engine just isn't holding
 the ScummVM GUI right, or if the ScummVM GUI isn't suited to integrate
 with a game like this.

 I see a lot of stale mouse coordinate problems when returning from the GUI
 in this engine, if that's simply a limitation of the GUI code then that
 doesn't bode well for integration. Maybe we should implement this toolbar
 in the engine.
