Comment:

 1. This ticket appears to be a duplicate of #12621 from five years ago
 2. #12621 was fixed five months ago in
 ecc62b0d215a044496795c35328bafcda733804d , months after the last comment
 on this ticket confirming the issue.

 Separate from that, I have a problem with the icon bar that is in the same
 few lines of code but has always existed. If this ticket truly is fixed,
 then I can safely proceed with fixing my issue.
