 Hello! Thanks for reporting this; the video is a big help.

 I have confirmed that this is a problem with the porch script in the
 German Pointsoft release, and possibly other Pointsoft releases. It's a
 real mess, they included patch files that are only compatible with the
 English version, but I'm hopeful I can patch it.

 Do you have a save game you could attach to this ticket to help reproduce
 this crash? I am getting a different error than you, and I'd like to find
 out why. It's probably because I'm using the debugger to jump straight to
 this part, but it could be something else. I don't want to add to the
 confusion =)

 Could you also attach your scummvm log file after the crash?
