 This is an issue on Discord's side.

 It's not that it uses "Leisure Suit Larry 1- In the Land of the Lounge
 Lizards" if it hasn't recognized the game run with ScummVM.

 It's that they specifically, for some unknown reason, registered ScummVM
 itself (ie. the scummvm.exe executable) as "Leisure Suit Larry 1- In the
 Land of the Lounge Lizards".

 This is an issue known for quite some time (it could be a year or more).
 I've personally "reported" it to them via the Discord client's mechanism a
 couple of weeks ago, when I first tested this myself. Maybe others have
 sent more reports and through different channels for this, I don't know.
 But the situation has not changed, so either the reports have not gone
 through or it's not a high priority for them.

 A messy workaround for this is to create a copy of the ScummVM executable
 (scummvm.exe) in the same folder as the original, and rename it (eg. to
 "scummvm-for-discord.exe"). Then use this copy to run ScummVM. Note,
 renaming the original scummvm.exe would work too, but I'm reluctant to
 suggest that as it could interfere with the update mechanism and break any
 shortcuts that may be using the scummvm.exe explicitly (eg. like GOG
 installed games using ScummVM do).

 In addition to the above, ScummVM has a Discord integration feature, that
 you can enable from the ScummVM launcher -> Global Options -> Misc. This
 does not solve the reported issue (only the workaround provides a
 tentative solution as of yet) but it will show the correct game title
 being played at other places in the Discord client.
