Comment:

 @SquidlyPop: This is a known issue with the Discord integration, which is
 not due to a mistake in the Discord integration code of ScummVM. I am
 going to close this as WONTFIX or more accurately as CANTFIX since this is
 down to the mercy of the Discord platform. I would suggest contacting
 their support channels to report this, though we have had little luck in
 getting this fixed.
