Comment (by WildPenquin):

For reference, the original DOS Game supports the following Music Devices:
 - None :(
 - Adlib
 - PC Speaker
 - Sound Blaster
 - Sound Blaster Pro
 - Pro-Audio Spectrum
 - Roland Sound Canvas / GS
 - Roland LAPC-1 / MT-32
 - Wave Blaster
 - Roland TAP-10

... but these coalesce into five options, really: the beeper, FM, MT-32,
GS and GM. I'm speculating but it's possible all SB models use the same
(Adlib) music. Wave Blaster and Roland RAP-10 are just GM (it's certainly
possible they fine-tuned a version specifically for the original Creative
Wave Blaster and RAP-10, but doubtful...). And as I mentioned, I don't
think the GM implementation is that good in the original game.

Oh, and the installer indeed mentions "TAP-10" =). Must be a TYPO,
although I *think* I saw somewhere a claim it was the internal development
name at Roland for RAP-10 before release...
