 Thanks for your reply. I found the issue. The error I was getting (using
 phantom as an example): "ERROR: Could not open animview resource -
 *@phantom!".

 Turns out PHANTOM.RES was missing. This file was not mentioned as
 necessary in the data files section on the Wiki. It is part of the
 installed files.

 (Note that I used an original US disc and DOSBox Staging to make the
 install files)
