  Ummm... what would "Wahret" mean? Do you mean "Wehret den Anfängen"? 
And if you do, that's actually a Latin proverb, originally: 
"Principiis obsta!" (Ovid, Remedia amoris).

  I'll stay out of the rest of the discussion because I really have no 
clue what this is all about ... :-)
