If I may, because bad voice acting is kinda a pet peeve of mine:
It's actually not that easy. We would need people who can act and have
experience with voice acting. Voice acting, like "normal" acting, is
not that easy, it's not just a matter of quickly reading the dialog.
Not being able to act leads to unbelievable, cringe-worthy
wrong-sounding lines.
