Here's my view: Since TeenAgent is a new engine, we can't introduce regressions against 1.0.0. If your changes are crucial to make TeenAgent work on certain devices (and it sounds like that), then I think we should just merge your changes into the 1.1.0 branch.
However, this is slightly complicated by the fact that according to the release schedule, we tag tomorrow, which gives us almost no time to test the merge. This is quite unfortunate... Maybe if we delay tagging a little bit, it would be better, but I am not sure we'd want to screw the release time plan for this. So, we could also decide to take the risk, and plan for a 1.1.1 release right away...
So my personal opinion is: We should merge your TeenAgent changes into 1.1.0, and be ready to make a 1.1.1 soonish.
Since Eugene is once again Release Manager, though, it is his call to make the final decision on this.
