Can you try that Mac App Store version and see if it gets detected? If not
could you add it to the detection.cpp
https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/blob/master/engines/groovie/detection.cpp#L267-L289
It might use m4a files instead of mpg files, like the iOS version?
